Bring a touch of rich texture and metallic warmth into your space with Bear, an original abstract piece by contemporary artist Deb Westman.
What’s fun about this painting is that once finished friends started saying that they loved the bear image, I didn’t see it while painting it but now its definitely there, guess it wanted to be.
This painting features a proprietary, hand-developed technique that blends acrylic paint with a specialized medium to create an intricate texture and light, delicate crackling as it dries. The result is a stunning wash of golds and coppers, interwoven with fine lines of darker tones that shift beautifully in the light.
Artwork Specifications:
Dimensions: Painted on a premium 1.5" Gallery wrapped canvas (edges painted, no frame needed).
anchor the room with this large 36 x 48 size, can be hung vertical or horizontal. Weights about 12 lbs.
Ready to Hang: Pre-wired for immediate installation.
Authenticity: Hand-signed by the artist, Deb Westman.
My abstract pieces blend the look of aged oil paintings with a vibrant metallic glow. Because art is in the eye of the beholder, every viewer discovers their own hidden images within the canvas. Many of my friends have said that they see a Bear in the painting, what do you see?
Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Thank you!
